- Strong consultative process: discovery, needs-based recommendations, and compliance-focused documentation.
- Confidence presenting income, fixed, growth, and indexed annuities, matched to client goals and timelines.
- Ability to design and explain Indexed Universal Life (IUL) and Whole Life strategies for protection, legacy, and long-term planning when appropriate.
- Relationship-first mindset with consistent follow-up, reviews, and high client service standards.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to educate clients with clarity (not pressure).
